Mentor Leuti. Rita Gangwani Training Aparians at Apar India

Apar India makes sure that we not only praise our students who are touching new heights in their career but we also take some time out and acknowledge the extraordinary efforts of our mentors who not only give effective advice but provide guidance and support to each one of its students.

We have one such gem associated with Apar India, Lieutenant Rita Gangwani, who have an experience of 30 years, as a much sought after pageant coach and personality development mentor not just in India but globally.  Running  RITA GANGWANI’S SASHES AND CROWNS PAGEANTVERSITY  ( Training in Pageant Grooming,  Life Skills, and Personality Development ) and Author of the  Bestseller Pageant Book ever written by an Indian author ” THE BEAUTY PAGEANTS GREENROOM” forwarded by Former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen among many of her achievements.

Apart from such achievements, she is also an International grooming expert and a prominent person in the show business. Manushi Chillar, winner of miss world 2017 beauty pageant was a mentee of Ms. Rita Gangwani.

Apar India is appreciative of Ms. Gangwani for being associated with Apar India since 1998 when it was first founded by our chairman director Mr. RK Jain.

She is a regular mentor of students at Apar India, responsible for the training and the personality development of scholars in our Institute. Having such mentors is one of the best investments you can do in your career because it is crucial to surround yourself with a person who has achieved the same level of success that you want to achieve.

Ms. Rita reveals how self-conscious she was because of her height and did not believe that she will achieve anything great before meeting one of the teachers that encouraged her to discover her innate value and potential.

It is one of the reasons that students of Apar India become successful later in their career. We work hard to find the best and most talented people to train our students because we trust in our values which align with the motto of Shiksha, Seva, Sanskaar, and Rojgar.

To end it with a quote “We try to use our experience as leverage for our social work, to help the people to get an education because that is the way to get a special life.”
